USA Muffler & Brakes

Very dissatisfied, very dissatisfied they my control lower left and right in one year they were cracked and needed to be repaired again when returning with my car because they had broke my wheel key when my husband took it to them he had to leave and go to work, I returned only to ask the owner to replace and to tell him the work he done should last more than a year, the owner threw the part at me on the counter walked away saying yea yea we did everything, does anyone no what I can do about this bad experience because this shop did my brakes pads and brake shoes also my tires the two front tires need to be replaced I paid this shop 986.00 for this work he said I needed done when I only came to get my brakes done

Very, very disatisfied with my experience. They kept my vehicle for 8 days for a check engine and over drive light being on. When I picked it up today because it seems they were talking in circles, the lights are still one and 652.55 wasted. The person I spoke with on the phone was so rude, this is the reason I went to get my vehicle.Very, very unpleased and looking for a corporate address.

Very satisfied with my experience at the Merillville shop. Treated me with respect and did a quality job, will definitely come back for any more auto repairs I need.
