I bought a suspension from them for my truck last year. They charged full list for the kit plus a hefty installation charge.

Now, after several thousand miles, the suspension is making banging noises when turning corners. I called them and asked if they would take a look and check if everything is OK. They said, "Sure, for $75!"

These guys have lousy customer service, are expensive, and are not even friendly. I'll never go back.
