BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! THEY ARE NOT A BBB MEMBER.... Go search for yourself..This is a shell company that is used to milk Insurance Companies. They gave my naive sister a 2000 Honda Civic, which broke down on her way to Flagstaff with her children. She called these guys and they told her to call Enterprise..lol After calling Enterprise, they had no idea who this company was. Called them back and their phone was off. No way to get ahold of these little snakes.

After looking at a AD. I called only to be given the mailing address instead of the business address.
So I waisted 3 hours of my time driving around in pain an excited to have a rental car like the ad stated. I have a Doctor apt with surgeon, I'm going to interviews and fixing my life after a major car crash.
I finally find the "BUSINESS" address and get all the paperwork done to be told. "because you couldn't find the address,I don't trust you to rent my 5,000 smelly rental car".
Why drag me through a this? A fauls advertisement is what drags down a business.
I have a back up and will be fine, but what a lesson learned. NEVER believe what is said over phone...
