AIM High Bounce

This use to be a great place to rent bounce houses, but no anymore!!! I reserved a bouncer for my 3 year olds Birthday. After arriving late, they set up a bouncer without the theme I paid for. My 10 year and 3 year old daughters got in the bouncer and jumped right out alarmed by ants all over, mud, dirt and very foul odor. Long story short, I called the owner and she insisted that it was themed, even after I told her it wasn't. After receiving pics she sent her employees back to clean it, but the conditions were so bad, a towel and water wouldn't cut it. They blamed her, she blamed them and at the end, I received $65 back out of the $155 we paid! All for a bouncer that nobody got to use. I called & text the owner and she never responded. I believe the expansion of the business, has impacted customer service and cleanliness terribly! I'll pay the extra $50 with another company in the future.

Out of all the birthday venues etc. I have worked with Aim High Bounce has been by FAR the best with flexibility and customer service. I met them in Forney and then my Daughter's softball team had a private party at their new Mesquite location and all I can say is Awesome amazing service let these people take care of all your party needs!!!!!!
