Concentra Urgent Care

I went in for a pre-employment drug screening for Halliburton and got fake results on my examination. I am not sure who allows this illegal type of activity to happen. The lady's there seemed very cool and nonchalant, but a guy contacted me with fake results and completely ruined my reputation with this corporation. I had passed everything and almost had a good job until these fake results took it away from me. I would advise not to go here or affiliate with anyone that is connected with them as they are highly corrupt individuals breaking the law.

The office staff are wonderful, everybody else was too..But in my opinion Dr David Tobias is a snake in the grass ( I will not say what I need to!) He comes in your examining room, so kind and caring.He asked me for a life medical record. I answered his questions...I had a heart Cath 15 yrs ago..no problems...All this for a regular 2 yr DOT Physical!! Anyway, I had to go to a heart Dr. have a lot of tests..my company got tired of waiting for me to return...So now, I have no job ( I ran team with my husband), we had to file bankruptsy...This Man is keeping a lot of GOOD DRIVERS off the road...if you have to see this man and take meds...keep you___ shut, or you could wind up like me!!!!!

I went here for a broken ankle. It is where my job sent me. They never did any corrective surgery. All they did was slap me in a boot and call it done. It has been over a year and I am still having pain. They have done NOTHING to treat me and even denied me pain meds after saying the only way to treat me was to treat the pain. This place is a joke and they do not listen to their patients.
