The best staff I have seen at a blood bank friendly and fast....

Horrible, They do not play by their own rules. They take the money that they are supposed to give the donors and buy themselves lunch. They haven't even reached closing time, which is at(3pm). But, they are telling people to go home. Matter-of-fact, they told me to go home after waiting an hour because supposedly I was too early to give blood! Last time I went it in, it was in October; I decided to go today a month later and they won't even allow me to donate. If you are going to make that decision( after checking your files and realizing this situation). Then why not tell me before you decide to let me wait in your office for an hour. Horrible service and they don't follow procedure. As a fellow Health Care Administrator someone should check how they run their business.Because, the mistakes are sending up red flags all over the place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
