Family Auto Rental

I rented a car from FAMILY for 5 days in Miami FL. I went to return the car early in the morning they were still closed. I noticed there was a key drop of slot in their garage booth so i dropped of the key and left to the airport. as soon i landed in NY i got a voicemail from the Family company that there is a problem and to contact them, so i did so. the gentlemen asked what i did with the key so i explained. they kept me on hold for over an hour trying to figure out whats going on excusing them self for keeping me waiting since they are very busy. After an hour they hung up on me and charged my credit card $172. i called them and they told me that they will call me back of what happened- they never did.i called again and spoke to the manager who assured me to look into it and get back to me within a day- never did!! called couple more times with no results. bottom line. i know i dropped of the key and i have a friend that was with me that wit that the key was returned!!

Rented a car,had a heart attach while on vacation my cousin and his daughter both Miami Dade cops returned the car for me. My cousin says he walked around car twice then pointed broken lens on rear like he already new it was there my cousin and daughter inspected closely both being cops and said it was old hidden damage and you can only see it from the ground up and very hard to see. My cousin believe it was old damage and I know I did not hit the car nor did they. 299.00 for lens cover on a standard Nissan. Where are they getting there prices from? In my opinion they are crooks and Ruben C. Plays this game every day on phone he told my girlfreind don't worry about it. We are insured. But I am worried about it because I did not do it. Stay away from family auto rental. They are scam artist.
