No call no show 3 days in a row, i called 5 times today and every single time i was the "next in route" company sucks

DO NOT USE THEM! Most horrible experience of the year so far. I was yelled at AND threatened. DO NOT BOTHER, especially if you have children! RUDE AND HORRIFYING!

This company is a rip off. Basically they advertise themselves through Valpak mail. They offered $25 for air duct cleaning, so we decided to give them a call since we thought it was a good deal. Of course! there was a catch! When they came here the guys asked me where was the AC Unit so he can "check" on it. The other guy plug some sort of blower into the air duct in the living room. While the "blower" was on, the other one was checking the ac unit and came to me stating that it needed a UV light that apparently kills the germs before the air gets spread out in the apartment (riiiight....like in movies). I firmly told him I did not want anything else except for the air duct cleaning. I was holding my baby in my arms so I guess they used that to manipulate me (that is their sales strategy) because they started saying "if you love your baby, you would want us to put that in".. I mean, are you serious!!!? how unprofessional is that?! I had to tell them several times to stop asking me whether I wanted that UV light or not, they even had me to call my husband to ask him since they said " I was not understanding the importance of that for our baby". My husband said NO too, so once they hung up, they tried one more time to persuade me by manipulating me with my baby saying that my baby looks sicks and stuff like that, that if I love my baby I would want the best for her. He even called (apparently) his boss and said that his boss wants to know what the problem is, why I didn't want that installed. So I looked at him and told him NO, I said I am not interested! and he finally got it, so they packed their stuff and left right after I said NO.



I have to mention the fact that they charged me $25 for a blower that they only put in the air duct in our living room, they never went to the rest of the air ducts (SCAM!) then they opened the ac unit, and I am hoping they did not do anything crazy in there because I will notice, our AC unit is NEW. They scared me and scared my baby! When they left I was still shivering because of HOW PUSHY THEY WERE!!! I had to put my baby in her room and lock the door since I thought they would harm me or my baby. We did a research to investigate the reputation of this company, and we found that it is in fact a scam, and they have SEVERAL claims filed against them. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! SEEK FOR PROFESSIONALS IF YOU NEED YOUR AIR DUCTS CLEANED!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! The only reason Im giving one star is because they don't let me not rate them.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! They rescheduled my appointment THREE times...then finally they said we will be there between 9 am and 11 am. THREE HOURS LATER...I finally call THEM, because no one bothered to call me and let me know they were running incredibly late. A man kept yelling at me saying "things happen, you have to wait, if you want to cancel, CANCEL!" HOW RUDE! They obviously do not care about customer service, maintaining schedules or anything else professional for that matter. THEY SUCK! I would not refer my worst enemy!

This company has coupons in popular mailers and a web site that says they have been in business for 27 years.



They are no longer in business. Instead, a company by the name of Cool Air USA (www.coolairusa.com) came to my home. No one from Florida Air on the phone and neither of the men from Cool Air who came to our home told us this information. I just noticed it as I looked at the invoice and card because I was following our son's advice and checking Florida Air out on the Internet for complaints. No why didn't I do that BEFORE I called??? Go figure.



If you should decide to do this, watch the technicican go to each and every duct and see him clean it out. Then, if they convince you to pay to let them spray various things into your system, ask to see each product and watch them actually do it.



Go to NADCA for information, and then look for reports on the web before deciding to have this service. And just Google or Bing air duct cleaning and educate yourself. You probably don't need it.

I couldn't believe it - My AC broke on the day my son had a birthday party at the house for 30 GUESTS!!!!! I called them to come and explained the emergency.
