I hired Greco to clean out an abandoned house - FULL of clutter, contaminated with rat feces. The were on time, on the agreed upon day, stayed in touch with me during the process, and finished a day and a half before our estimated time. I was coming into FL from Michigan to clean out the house, and Catalina worked with me to schedule the cleanout. I am very impressed!

I have been working with Greco for a couple of years. It has been a good relationship, no complains. Payments are on time, the employees at the office are very polite, professional, well organize and most of all at big help for all vendors. Working for Greco is been a good experience.

For over four years we have been working with Greco and it have been a bless. They are always helping us when we need it. Never a problem with the payments,always on time.The girls at the office are so nice, even though we only communicate by phone,it feels like we are a big family. It is a very well organized company, there are amazing people working in administration and accounting departments, super-ladies that work day and night to make sure everything is fine. Sometimes I feel they are working for us instead of us doing the job for them. They take really good attention to all our opinions,because we are their eyes on the field,and they trust us. I feel my job is very well protected by them and that my family is also in good hands because they have never failed us. With closed eyes I recomend working with this company to anybody who really-really wants to work because this is not a job for lazy people,it is hard work. I can not stop to thanks Greco International for all these years. Thanks to all departments, from top to bottom,it's just one big family.

I'm a business operating in east coast Florida. We have been working for Greco for over 3 years now and never had a problem with payments nor with communication with them. It is one of the most reliable company that we deal with. Staff is very friendly and outgoing. They resolve problems on a timely manner.

It is shameful that the anonymity of the internet allows people to disparage a solid respectable business. We are located in SW Florida and have been a vendor for Greco for about 5 years. We have continued this working relationship for so long for the following reasons: we NEVER have a problem with communication as they are on the phones and e-mail 24/7; they provide steady and reliable work in an organized manner; they pay exactly what we invoice every two weeks. We have worked for dozens of management companies over the past 30 years and Greco is one of the few who know how to do the job right. All their properties are maintained beautifully because they have high standards and an excellent work ethic.

All the reviews below are not updated or true. I worked inside the office for about 8 months and had to leave for school purposes. This company DOES pay on time, and is very helpful when needed. They make you feel very comfortable and easy to work in enviorment. they make fair prices with all vendors. I would highly recommend this company!

Sadly, Greco has received their Freddie Mac contract based on minority status and a lie. They are a dishonest company and the employees are dishonest in the field. One contractor said that they withheld pay to the field crews to by their own trucks and equipment. Then they put their family and friends to work in those trucks. They have monopolized the trash outs in South Florida by being dishonest and cheating Freddie Mac. Wish Freddie Mac would catch them and give the business to people who appreciate it and are honest.

costumer services is bad well not bad ***** really bad***** they give u contract for no reason because they treat you really bad u tell them what going on with the property and they tell u o ok we fix it next thing u know 2 week after a manager call u to ask what goin on ,,, u explain the u call greco told them about,, but the person u talk to dont remember the email the u send they never received is always a problem

This company and it's level of communication skills is very lacking! This is your typical "BAIT and SWITCH" company! 1st they tell you they will call with work. (ihad to call them every day several times a day!)They tell you they are behind inschedule. (This is just a complete farce.) They tell you that they pay less but make up for it in bulk business. (I was called for one job;not even the whole house! less than $50.)They tell you if your business is less than 4 employees not to worry about sending in your BWC exception.(they slow you down with all this paperwork and give business elsewhere.) Finally they tell you they will pay you every 2 weeks.(I have YET to see a check!) My point. I would NEVER accept a position from this company without talking to the manager of this company (who never talks to anyone!) They staff have a problem of the left hand not knowing what their right hand is doing!

I was called by their human resources for a job opportunity. However when asked what the position I would be interviewing for,the lady very rudely said "NEVER MIND" and hung up on me.

I have never ,in my 26 years of being in the job market, dealt with such a rude and unprofessional person!!!!!!
