DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!! They are liars and thieves! at first i ordered and 24k btu mini split and two days later realized it was too large for my electrical panel. when i called them (before receiving this unit) and told them of my situation they said to call fed ex and refuse it . so i proceeded with the purchase of a more formitable unit, 12k btu. she "employee#505" lead me to believe i would receive a full refund and it wasnt until i had purchased this second unit that she would break the news to me that i would be paying a $390 return shipping fee. when i told her i haven't received the unit she said i had somehow signed the agreement stating that i would be responsible for all shipping fees thereafter. so in awe i realized what kind of business demons i was dealing with. btw in all fairness she did apply a $12 discount to my second order which since they ship immediatly, can not get refunded without the unavoidable shipping fee. all in all terrible cust. service with the nature of communist china at mercy. AVOID at all cost's.
