I am a loyal Customer, best pizza in kendall!!!

Pizza is exceptional....baked zitti is fantastic.....staff is great.....it's an overall great experience!! A "MUST VISIT" when in Kendall!!!

I found Mike's recently looking for somewhere different to go. Well, to my surprise, Mike's has been around for almost as long as I've lived in Kendall and I had never gone there all though I'd been over in that strip mall many times. However, after eating there, I was not surprised that they were listed in Zagot's 2008 issue.



The decor is so-so and it's small but the staff is fun (we like to joke with the serving staff). andyou forget all about the decor and the size. We usually have pizza and so far, every pizza we've tried has been excellent. They could make the crust a little crispier, like real NY pizza ... where you can pick up one of their huge slices and it doesn't droop at the tip... but it's crispy enough.



I don't know if it's accidental or if the greeter is there all the time, but the door has been opened for us and we've been cheerfully invited in every time.



If you haven't tried it, give it a try, your taste buds will thank you for it.

I've been going to Mike's pizza for years. It's sad to see the service going down. Mike, the owner is never there anymore so the employees do whatever they want. I had a really bad experience with the waiter the last time I went and will never go back. He set the hot pizza in front of my 11 month old daughter who quickly stuck her hand in it and burned herself. That could happen anywhere of course but that wasn't the problem. What set me off is that he didn't apologize. I asked him, Did you see what just happened? and he said "yeah, you're the mother." Anyone with any sentiment or brain would have said they were sorry and would have at least acted to be concerned as an 11 month old baby is screaming from burning her hand from a pizza you placed in front of her. When I asked to speak to the manager I had to go to the counter. He had seen the whole thing but yet he couldn't pull himself away from the TV set. This place has awful customer service!

Best pizza place in the neighborhood. Made to order pizzas and huge pasta portions, the best homemade garlic rolls.

Finding Mike's several years ago brought me back to my school boy years. Even though growing up in Dade County as a kid, I was mostly confined to my neighborhood. I never had "wheels" during High School so i came across Mike's pizza way later on in life. It's a great place to take the family in a nice friendly and clean environment.

you have to try it. excellent. will recommend to everyone. fresh, great tasting food.
