Murphy's Truck Rebuilding Service

Owner Called our company for some Truck parts We delivered in less then 2 hours, way faster then it was scheduled. Noticed We are located in the other side of town We gave him free delivery plus did not charge him tax. Prices were set over the phone we called 2 more times to verify they accepted. When driver got to location Parts were Great and exactly what they needed. But older guy who talked to driver said he was going to take back one part cause he found it 10 dolars cheaper somewhere else but they did not include delivery. He then asked for a Discount in the other parts. "just because" When driver told him he had nothing to do with pricing that had been worked with over the phone then he automatically said i guess i don't need anything else just take everything back in a very rude matter. "Notice our company Beast anyones prices localy" But if they have been accepted by owner & send out theres not mutch the delivery pesonal can do at this point other then make sure part is correct and gets there safe. We wasted Time & gas & tolls about $85 just to take him the parts. If a buisness owner is this cheap imajine the kind of parts they will put in your vehicle BIG -5 STAR RATING "STAY AWAY" THEY WILL TELL YOU SOMETHING THEN IT WILL END UP BEING ANOTHER!!!

Pm service cost me 550$, blower motor in dash just for labor to replace it charged me 800$. Took him 4 days. He couldnt find air leak. Guy is amateur but charges more then volvo dealer. Stay away from him!!!
