It was as good as I expected from the reviews!!!...My A/C unit stopped working. Called Nelson Air Concepts. He was easy to reach. I found Nelson to be reliable, honest and fair. He didn't try to up-sell me something I didn't need. Now the AC is working great and I'm very happy.Thanks for the quick service, I highly recommend Nelson and his company and I would use him again!

What can I say? I first called 'Air Around the Clock' but their prices were outrageous! I then proceeded to call 'All Air' but the representative I spoke with literally told me they could 'squeeze me in' within two weeks. In desperation, I called a family friend who told me about 'Nelson Air Concepts' and I'm glad I made that call! The two air conditioning technicians who came to my condo were knowledgeable, efficient and inexpensive. They fixed it cheaper and faster than the huge corporations would have. I truly believe that it pays to go by word of mouth and support local small businesses. Just my two cents...

My A/C unit has never been cleaned and being that I have two dogs I am always suffering from allergies. Nelson Air Concepts came to my house and cleaned out my A/C. They also placed a little light inside the unit that kills odor, mold, bacteria etc. The moment I stepped into my house I could smell the difference. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have great work by honest and trustworthy professionals. I am a very satisfied customer and will be using them again for any future A/C needs.

I am very satisfied with my a/c repair. I really did not have anyone to call but I found this company on yellow pages. I called them and they were very punctual and professional.I will definitely use them again.

Replaced old ac unit and coils that were from the late 90s and went kaputt. New unit runs great; they were very professional, very friendly, and I found them to be trustworthy. Highly recommended, and will use them again for any future issues/maintenance.

My wife and I have loyally used the same A/C guy for 20 years. We liked him better than family (sorry family). Eventually he retired and we needed to find a new solution. That's where Nelson comes in. Nelson came to our house the other day for the first time and he was so thorough, professional and knowledgeable, it was amazing. He and his team are very hard workers and they treat your AC unit like it is their own house. I told him that my wife suffered from severe allergies, so he took apart our units (we have 2) and did a deep clean, exorcising the house of mold spores and other contagions. He thoughtfully analyzed our whole situation and came up with some excellent options for us to improve the operation of our system. After he left, our house is noticeably cooler, even though we didn't know that had even been an issue. It is clear that we will be reducinig our electric bill. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending Nelson to anyone. If he ever disappointed me, I would lose my faith in humanity. He's that good. He's that old school. Escuela vieja. In a good way.
