We needed a new roof but also needed our carport rebuilt -- most roofers did not want to tackle that job but Rausa came through and did a great job, quickly and efficiently. Nelson was friendly, helpful, and always available to answer questions during the process. His work crews totally made-over our house with roof, carport, new gutters, and repainting -- a great transformation. I highly recommend Rausa for any of your renovation needs!

I highly recommend RAUSA builders!! I had Kitchen remodeling, 4 bathrooms redone and roof work along with electrical work and everything was perfect. Gabriel was the designer and he was easy to speak to and accommodating. The work was organized and the schedules were met. Lastly I have to add that they were patient in explaining every step of the renovation process and answered every question, even if I asked it several times.

There are a thousand contractors in Miami but I selected Nelson because he is honest, reputable and available to answer his customers' calls and respond with patience and class. The project had some delays but Nelson was a professional every step of the way. Gabriel, the designer, was also exceptional to work with.

I first met Nelson back in February, when Rausa Builders was subcontracted by Panda Kitchen to take charge of the total renovation of a kitchen in a condo unit I'd purchased. He immediately struck me as being very knowledgeable...and, practical! Over the months that it took to complete the renovation of the entire unit, Nelson was always available to answer all my questions. He's very hands-on, which is necessary in his line of work. His workers were also courteous and thorough in their work: Nelson and his team went over and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with those things that can come up during the scope of this kind of project. Throughout it all, Nelson remained friendly; patient--extremely patient!--and accessible. Thanks to him I got a great package deal at Lowe's with my appliances! He and his team did neat and precise work...and brought the condo up to code: I am very happy to report that my buyer's inspector found everything in good working order! In dealing with Mr. Hernandez (the owner of Rausa Builders) throughout the duration of my project, Mr. Hernandez always demonstrated exceptional detail and professionalism in his work. Mr. Hernandez is very patient, knowledgeable and he always took the time to explain to me each step of the construction process. His crew was also honest and respectful which is a big plus. I am very pleased with the results of my remolded and with the choice made in selecting my contractor, Rausa Builders, owned by Nelson Hernandez. I purchased a foreclose property which was uninhabitable due to its disarrayed condition and I obtained a 203K (renovation) loan to restore it. He assisted with all the documentation process (quotes, blue prints, forms, permits, inspections, codes etc.). This facilitated the loan and simplified the process in general. Nelson & his crew did wonders with this property; we went by sections since the 203k was not enough to get the house completely done to where I wanted. His timing/deadlines were exact in every area. The experience, workmanship, honestly and professionalism of the company are unequivocal. He lent his expertise and guided me in matters that were not familiar to me, which was a great source of cost containment. He went far any beyond and we are very satisfied. The results were great; I would not use anyone else. My house looks like a model home and it is completely updated and efficient. We are in the process of finishing the rest of the areas and we have already called him.
