We had my daughter's 9th birthday party at ska8away on Saturday, May 2nd. From the very beginning of the event, things were extremely disorganized. 1. My call was not returned in a timely fashion, so I had to book the party for the next weekend. 2. I told the person that I spoke with that there would be at least 20 kids at the event, yet we were put in a room with 12 chairs (and the party room next door had 25 chairs for 6 children). We had to cram all of the kids into this small room, and some of the children had to sit at a booth outside. 3. We had to track down the party host, and she barely even walked into our room. 4. You guys kept telling us that only 10 drinks were included, when clearly on you website it says each additional kid over 10 costs $11, and that includes a drink. 5. You announced the wrong name for our party, so we had to go track all the kids down. We made due, but after all these things, I would have expected some sort of discount (5 free passes to spend more money hardly makes up for everything!). The party ended up costing over $300. I have 5 children, and I will never have a party at your establishment again! All the families that were there were appalled, so they will never come back, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about our experience.

Fun place, nice people. A little 70s flair with modern music, Skate-A-Way is kinda cool. First Thursdays Adult Night - I hope it catches on because it was a hoot. Did you know you can burn up to 800 calories an hour roller-skating? I'd love to see a little more modern snack bar, but all in all a great place to be. Get your quads and blades people, and get funky at Skate-A-Way!

My daughter had a birthday party and its was GREAT the staff was very helpful and the facility was very clean..I was also glad to see the staff clean and sanitize the facilty hands on afterwards. Very well worth the money and time spent!!! I will do this agagin the children enjoyed and so did I

WOW WOW WOW Have no fear if you never sk8td b4 they have a skating section for begginers only. Had my daughters bday party the kids enjoyed it and the service was GREATTT! Afterwards I was the last to leave and I was suprised to see the staff actually claning the facilty with bleach and sanitizer.
