Finding the correct accountant is priceless for your business. Like most professions, you have people who are bad, good, and exceptional. I search out exceptional people. Unfortunately they are extremely hard to find.

I feel I'm pretty well educated on accounting. I did go to college for finance and have done my own books by hand since 2001. I've always hired a CPA.
