Rita's Jewelry is the only place we go for our jewelry and watch repairs for the last 15 yrs. They treat us like family and they are very educated about jewelry, diamonds, color stones and also they do jewelry appraisals for insurance purpose. They even replace watch batteries and service in high end watches.

I like Rita's because they do good job on both jewelry repairs and custom designs. You fill like you are visiting friends when you're at Rita's Jewelry and they do explain every single thing about jewelry or whatever you need to know, before you purchase something. Prices are very reasonable, especially on their custom designs.

I'm not into jewelry, but I have had to choose my future wife's engagement and wedding rings. So I ask my friend who got married last year, where did he get his rings. Don't waist your time, just go to Rita's Jewelry; he told me. And he came with me. He introduced me to the owners and they asked me a few questions about my future wife and they show me some designs and I really like one of them the best, but we've had to do some modifications, so they told me, we'll make you a new ring. Two weeks later I went back to Rita's Jewelry and I picked up the rings. It was imaging, the rings they were so beautiful and unique. That day, it was my lucky day. Thank you Rita's.

I bought a diamond necklace from one of the local malls in south county last week. I thought it was a really good deal for that necklace that I got. When I went to have lunch, I passed by a local independent jewelry store on Alicia. Just curious if they are any good, so I walked in there. Looked around pretended I wanted to buy a ring, and then I asked about my necklace. The lady was nice enough to tell me and to educate me about what I have. OMG, she knew what she's talking about. So I asked her up front on how much it would cost to custom made my necklace. She helped me to design it better with more stones and would appraise it. I was surprised that it's about the same with what I paid for last week, but this one is custom made. Who doesn't want to get something better? To make the story short, I returned mine and ordered a custom made necklace with more stone and appraised it for the same price. Got my necklace back two days ago, and really happy with it. I won't go to anyone else but Rita's Jewelry for my jewelry needs. I thought I shared my story to the locals.

About six months ago I was looking for our wedding rings. We spend a lot of time checking many jewelry stores but unfortunately we could not find what we're looking for. A friend of ours mentioned Rita's Jewelry and we waste no time.

They treat us very professionally; they told us that they educate their customers even if they don't purchase anything from them. Finally we did some drawings and we came up with the rings that we like. Two weeks later, I went back to Rita's Jewelry to pick up our rings and I was speechless. They looked better that I thought.
