As a previous reviewer said about prescriptions, VERY hard to get anything done without personally going to the office. And then, it'd have to be open (my first appointment to the Monroe branch was scheduled for 12.45--they are closed until 1.00 p.m.!) I frequently have difficulty getting refills of meds I've been on for over 4 years. The problem seems to be the office staff, not the doctors/nurses, which is why I suggest actually going in, rather than call. I'd give a lower rating than a "1," but the doctors and nurses I've not had problems with.

Yo pienso que tienen Muy mal service,cuando ocupamos un refill,llama a la clinica y ellos te dicen tienes que hablar a la farmacia first and then ellos send the fax to the clinic,u go to the pharmacy,n they said again we no receive the answer from the doctor,is a freaking service,the personal is very nice and respectful,but the service on refills,is very bad,n one of the doctors,I forget the name,women red hair w accent,is the worst ,specially because she thinks we are stupids,for her nathing is wrong ,everything is ok,but if u feel something different go to the er.
