Fantastic Sams

I'm sure a lot of people start out by saying this, but I really have never left a bad review in my life. I scheduled an appointment with Terry for today at 12:15. The last time I made an appointment with her I had to wait 20 minutes, not a problem. so I arrived right on time today. She greeted me with "I got an unexpected color so it's gonna be a while, 30 min" no apology, and she hasn't even mixed the color yet. No biggie. I'll text my baby sitter and see if she can keep my daughter a little longer. Fast forward an hour and someone else becomes available. I said that I would like to continue to wait for Terry and after some whispering I was told she didn't have time at all. (She took back another haircut within 10 minutes) Thankfully Sidney was awesome! This review is not to say the girls aren't talented, but that I felt unwanted as a client today. I could see if I was picky or particular, or even smelly! But I'm none of those things. In a nutshell, Terry doesn't need any new clients and has no consideration for other people's time.
