Take your business elsewhere! This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and I wanted to work with this company because they are local. I was treated as if I was inconveniencing the gentleman on the phone by calling and asking how to go about setting up an appointment. When I asked about ordering my own fabric because I wanted something specially made he told me he couldn't help me order it even when I offered to drive my chair over for him to take measurements. Ridiculous!
