we recently brought a shuttle bus from Stan Kacher. The price was just right and Stan delivered it to us, by meeting us in Grayling. (we live in TC) saving us a trip to Monroe. We would purchase again from Kacher. Best service ever!

The dealer said he would take care of all of the Sec of State paperwork for the new car and for my trade in. 2 weeks later I had to call in to remind him he owed payment for my trade in, which was finally made another week later. 1 month later I was pulled over by the police because my plates had not been transferred over. In the officer's words it was not unusual for them to wait over a month and a half to complete the paperwork and I needed to "call them and b**** holy hell." 2 months later I received a call from the bank that financed my purchase to say they have the authority to repossess my new car because they still don't have a title. The dealer has given me and the bank the runaround every time we call saying he doesn't have the title and he's waiting on it to come from Ohio and it's out of his hands. Buyer Beware! If you plan on using this business, make sure you have all of the paperwork on the table before you sign anything! Or better yet, just stay far, far away.
