He completed his master's degree through Walden University, and completed his clinical rotations at multiple local primary care offices. He gained his licensure as a registered nurse after completing the nursing program at Monroe County Community College and went on to earn his baccalaureate degree from Eastern Michigan University. Tim entered this practice as a massage therapist, continued training with Dr. Barbour in manual medicine, and has been providing manual medicine treatments to patients at Rehabilitation Specialists for over 25 years. He plans to continue using these hands-on skills to treat patients within the framework of a nurse practitioner's scope of practice..

He has been working at Rehabilitation Specialists as a Physical Therapist since 2009 and has trained with Dr. Barbour in Manual Medicine. He received his Bachelor's Degree of Physiotherapy at the NTR University of Health Sciences in Andhra Pradesh, India. In 2009 he obtained his MBA at the University of Findlay, in Ohio. Noel is the Director of the Physical Therapy Department at Rehabilitation Specialists of Monroe. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is passionate about taking care of his patients and helping them to achieve their goals.

Other forms of treatment, such as pain blocks, physical & manual therapy, injections, medications, exercises, and education are sometimes utilized. Homeopathic, herbal, and nutritional supplements are also available. The physician may order electrodiagnostic testing or other needed tests. This may include nerve conduction studies or electromyography (EMG) to determine if nerve or muscle damage is present.
