        How can you rate the service or staff when you never get to talk to anyone. I have tried to talk to someone off and on for about 6 weeks. Never a live voice!!! Government seems to be the same every where. They get nothing done because they never are respondent to anything or anyone.

        Highly recommended because the staff is really nice and helpful. I came with my daughter in order to get information about the health insurance (I will be 66 years old in July, 2012). Mrs. Babyha answered all our questions and even gave us the additional phone call after our visit to specify some details. We did not wait for a long time and the visit was really pleasant.
