Poolside Services

I called for an appointment and no show. That evening I called John, the owner and was assured he would stop by, no show again.
This is the second time I tried to use this company and both times they just do not show up. Must not need the business.

I called poolside services to open and do weekly maintenance of our pool ,i live in Moorestown and wanted to support local business, that was the biggest mistake they were no show after the initial opening giving excuses every time i called . After 3 weeks when i called and asked Greg said they are very busy i said iam your customer as well if you are busy should i call someone else he said yes call someone else .I felt perhaps if i speak to the owner John he would try to work with me and care about his business reputation when i spoke to him he said yes he shall definately come monday the 20th and take care of it. Monday they were no show when my husband called him in the evening John said let me see where my crew is and call you back never called us back we called him 2 more times and nothing i feel if this was too much for him he should have not taken us as customer .We are extremely disappointed
