        Today-7/28-had a substitute mail carrier- a male- who delivered to Duffy Drive, Mooresville, NC 28115. This carrier seems to have a "temper issue" I have personally seen him exhibit temper outbursts twice now in the last few months. For trash pick-up we are required to put all out front- today this mail carrier- purposely crashed into a Trash can on the street that was in front of the mail boxes-the tenet put the can in the right place, is at work, hasn't put the can back to the house yet as he isn't home from work- the trash- pick-up put it in front of mail area. Sometime back this carrier- got out of the truck and kicked some cardboard boxes-they were not in front of the mail boxes. This is childless behavior-"Just a great example for the neighborhood children" ! You get mad- throw a temper tantrum.
