The absolute worst customer service experience of my life. I was initially told I would get my vehicle back in 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks passed I was constantly told that it would be "another week or 2." Finally after nearly 10 weeks I get it back but of course some parts were missing because they failed to order them. Thankfully the missing parts did not affect the drive-ability of the vehicle. I wouldn't take a Matchbox car to this shop.
