Cheat Lake Urgent Care

I've been going here for over a decade and the physicians have been consistently efficient and effective. The wait is minimal considering it is a walk-in convenience clinic. The rest of the staff is always very accommodating both over the phone and in person. Everyone's busy so the convenience of never having to make and keep appts months in advance far outweighs any negative.

Do not show up at 6:35. They will tell you they are no longer excepting patients. They rudely advised me that they could not see my daughter because they stop excepting patients at 6:30 even though the website states they are open until 7:00. It was a simple ear infection and my daughter just advised me at 6:15. I am happy I wasted my time driving there.
