Was very pleased with help when we fixed our washer. Had parts on hand & went to great lengths to show us how to replace them ourselves.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! After having to reschedule with them twice in two weeks to come look at a leaking freezer in my home, we finally had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 one afternoon. Around 1:30 I called to see if the technician was coming. He got on the phone saying he would be about 30 min. I told him I couldn't wait much longer since I am a Massage Therapist and had an appointment at 2:15......he then said, "Well we won't be able to help you then." Are you kidding me I said!! After the run-around I hung up. I wish I would have read some of these reviews sooner!!!

First time using these people to get my washer fixed and the repairman called 2 days later.

I informed him I got someone else and his reply

" That's good I'm too busy anyway" Well on to #3
