Absolute professional. I figured my old refrigerator was dead, but I was willing to pay a few bucks to hear it from a professional. He knew what the problem was as soon as he opened the door. He even had the needed parts on his truck. Instead of having to buy a new unit, my refrigerator was back to it's usual dependable functionality for under $200.

This place was great. The other bad review needs to make their own parts themselves if they want it that cheap. They came the next day. They were honest and fixed our fridge $450 cheaper than another company(mt dora appliance. They are horrible.) But courtyard great. Dont call anyone else!

I use Courtyard Appliances for all my rentals. They are efficient and do the job right. As far as parts are concerned, yes they do charge for "convenience". I don't mind paying the "convenience" fee for someone to use their time to order the parts for me to ensure the correct part is ordered. I am baffled at the comment below. That is what businesses do is make money so it can stay in business. Why would a business charge the same price for a part and make no money?
