Gary L Daniels

I secured the services of Mr. Daniel in 2010. He immediately assured me that the case was an easy one. Especially since he had worked in law enforcement in the county and had many friends in the courts. After the first meeting in which we paid 1/3 of his retainment, we tried reaching him to discuss the status of his communication with the DA. He stated he could not talk about it on the phone and advised we come over to his office. He demanded that upon our arrival we would be required to make a full payment of the balance prior to discussion. We were excited that he had good news. After making the full payment he advised that the DA had not gotten back to him. He reassured us it would all be fine. In the end, he did noting for the case except agreed to a plea for 5 years on a BS case. When questioned about why he made such a bad deal, he stated the judge is a Republican who doesnt like blacks and would have given greater prison time for a 2nd degree charge for a first time offender.



He added that the State could come up with additional charges if we do not accept the deal. When asked what possible charges? he stated Abuse of Public Office, misuse of government property and resources. It did not make any sense because the person involved was not a government employee and had noting to do with goverment or use of government property. After sentencing he said good luck with your life after release. He has since refused to answer any questions or offer any assistance.





This guy is very emotional and might be suffering from PTSD from years as a Marine. I have witnessed firsthand how he has treated some of his client. Because of his behavior his partner Terry quit on him. He is bad news!!!!!!! Run far away from him!!!

I'm going to start off this review by properly introducing myself as well as the first time and an estimated number of times that I have used Gary Daniels to represent me. My name is Justice McCay (http://profiles.google.com/justice.mccay), and although I am only 19 years old, I hold quite the number of traffic tickets and criminal complaints under my belt (and by NO means am I bragging; live and learn through misfortune & stupid decisions as a teen).



I first hired Gary Daniels for a traffic ticket in which I was clocked at going 72mph in a 50mph zone. Gary Daniels easily saved my license from points and kept the fines low. For traffic, I've hired Gary Daniels for many tickets (not all speeding) and we (as him & I) were able to beat all of them: have them downgraded or dismissed entirely. I have no points on my license because of him.



Now comes to my criminal offenses. Gary Daniels has saved my life numerous times, saved me from serving time, and has thus helped me get my life back on track. He's not only saved me from going to the big house but has saved my license as well a number of times.



It's through the sheer victories that I've gotten to personally see him through winning my cases that makes me recommend Gary Daniels to ANYONE with traffic tickets or criminal complaints. Hire Gary Daniels...he's worth it, a lot cheaper than his competitors, and through my experiences a lot better than his competitors.
