Fazoli's

We went through the Murfreesboro TN Fazolis and ordered baked lasagna, baked speghetti, and an extra order of meatballs, that's all, 3 items!! Got home, did not have any meatballs on the speghetti, decided to call the store and let them know. The Lady who answered the phone was literally speechless that we would call to tell them we were short some food. She never said "sorry" or anything close to it, and then she hung up. We're not rude people and normally leave great comments everywhere we go. But not getting your order, then getting hung up on when you call to inform them is unacceptable!!

I discovered the washcloth to clean the tables is not changed very often and is left to soak in nasty water next to the trash cans. The same girl that cleaned the tables was offering additional breadsticks. The ice dispenser was coated with a black grime and when I brought it to her attention, she pushed the same washcloth up into the cylinder and cleaned the black grime from the dispenser. It made me sick to watch.
