I called in the morning, left a voicemail. They called back about an hour later and said they could come from 1-4 and they would call 30 minutes ahead of time. He called and actually showed up at 12:30 so that was better than expected. The 15% offer on the advertisement is for 15% off next time, not the first time. Other than that, they would have gotten 5 stars. It was a good job and was done quickly, he also offered a cleaning and showed me how to clean it and told me it would save on my electric bill and to clean it one or twice a year for the part/fridge to last longer between the next repair.
