what a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company. the only reason i called them was because my apartment complex, campus crossings at briarcliff (also a terrible place run by inept management), contracted with city wide to tow illegally parked vehicles. city wide provides terrible service, UNTIMELY service. if you ask how long it will take, they might say "40 minutes"... expect not to have a car towed until more than 2 hours later. Also dont be surprised if they never pick up the phone. lazy lazy people!



i would never do business with them. i'd like to give ZERO STARS if that were possible!

Recently broke down on I-675 and had to call City Wide Wrecker to come get the car. I was scared to death since it was just me and my little dog in the car. They were very fast in servicing the call and I felt safe with the driver taking me and my car to the dealership. I was so glad City Wide was there for me. Thank You!
