We now have the best looking fence in our entire development.



Bob came out and did a fair, professional and affordable estimate to construct a 4 foot tall cedar shadowbox fence. I spoke to 7 fence companies and felt he was the most honest and easy to work with - along with the fact that I have 2 small toddlers and felt comfortable having him in my home and backyard - a very nice man. He worked with my difficult HOA President (the Builder in my development) and really went to bat for me.



The fence was done in a timely manner and very well constructed (work site clean when he left as well). My husband was really impressed as well and it takes a lot to do that. We both agreed that when we do a deck in the next year or so, we will be calling Dellinger Custom Decks & Fence.



Side note: we also have a difficult area in our backyard, near our fence, with water drainage and he offered me some helpful ideas to potentially remedy this or at least keep my fence safe and as long lasting as possible.

I originally had a ugly falling apart metal fence and when Mr. Dellinger came over, he dug up the whole fence and left me with a beautiful picture perfect fence

Poor quality of work. Unprofessional.

I contacted Dellinger Fence, (913-219-3651), and requested a four-foot picket fence on both sides of my home with a five-foot gate on both sides as well. What I got when we came home, (the fence and gates were installed while I was at work), was a four-foot picket fence and forty-four inch gates instead of the five-foot gates I was quoted. I was told the five-foot gates could not be installed due to my sprinkler system water lines. I was not contacted before the forty-four inch gates were installed, and when I personally dug the holes for the posts that would accommodate a five-foot gate I did not find any water lines. So what I was quoted was not installed, and I don’t know why I was lied to about the water lines when there were not any in the way. I paid them for the work, (even though it was not correct), after speaking with the owner who assured me they would come out and install the five-foot gates I was quoted. Several weeks have passed, the five-foot gates have not been installed and the owner will not return my calls so I can only assume that they will not be installing the five foot gates per our contract. After what I have gone through with this company I would not recommend them to anyone. Also they left a lot of trash, nails, and pieces of wood in the yard and street.
