Provided by SuperpagesTheses guys are some low lives. I have made sure to contact an attorney and will be blasting cvs to make sure they lose their contracts. I get it, towing is your job. Trust me I have worked in that industry myself. I know you have to deal with angry people but charging someone $230 well that's just a scam and you guys know it. If you end up having to deal with theses low lives here a list of who you should call asap before paying them: Lawyer, Consumers affaires, BBB and of course report it to not only the police but you locally elected officials. *if you're a student make sure you report them to the school as well. I hope more people take action and we can squeeze these scammers out of this town.
If I could give a no star it would be I'm from PA had my car parked at BB&T at the bank my car was towed by them pick up was 12:30 to 1:30 had to call multiple time for someone to get my car out. Did not get my car out till 5am than to boot it they tore my exhaust off my car!! Guess what I'm gonna call an attorney and see what can be done u didn't even have the decency to tell me what you guys did than charge me 220cash pathetic ppl

Provided by SuperpagesDoug and his Wife are some of the nicest people we have met, they got to us in a timely manner when we broke down on a late Sunday afternoon and even gave us a ride to the Airport to get a rental car, which is something alot of people just don't do. Thanks for all your help.

Offensive is the only way to describe them, they told me the no parking sign is on a tree but the tree slipped over the hill. The police told me they double their towing fees on game day. Question anything and get shoved into the street in front of on coming traffic by four raging maniacs.Stay away if you can, but they work very hard to entrap you.
Stay as far away form these people a humanly possible. The are vultures hovering over their dead prey. They tow you sometimes for little or no reason. Thier drivers are verbally abusive. This company is a black eye on Morgantown and Westover where it is loacated. Do not patronize and give this company any legal business, because they get plenty of CASH form their towing operation. Great scam. They will only except cash. No check, no credit card, no excues. The IRS needs to investigate this company to see how much of this cash goes into their pockets without be reported. Don't bother calling the cops because they won't be of much help. They will just tell you if you want to file charges they will write a report. Pay the $225 cash, get your car and be on your way. Take your blood pressure meds before you go!!!
My Recommendation.... Do what you can to avoid these crooks... If they tow your car.... You're in for a shock..... They drive around looking for the poor person who happened to be parked in front of a closed establishment at 10:30 at night and then tow them. If you were from out of town... Good Luck!!!
Not only do you get stuck with a big bill, but you have to pay cash, which is smart on their part, because you can't cancel the check, and they don't have to report it to the IRS.
Although, I'm not sure how much good a review will do.... I'm pretty sure they're off the grid anyway... but If I can save one person the nightmare of having to deal with these low-life jerks it would have been worth it.....
