        Overall

        Absolutely horrible. I got a facial here and contracted a bacterial infection. I have always had perfect skin, but I now have a very painful, burning, and itching, rash with tons of acne. I called the salon and the lady wasn't listening to what I had to say. She repeatedly interrupted me and dismissed me. It has been 2 months and my face just keeps getting worse. I don't think it will ever be the same.

        I went to this salon, about two months ago, for a pedicure and facial. The staff members were very polite and the pedicure was done well. The facial, however, gave me horrible acne. I have never had acne before this, and have waited two months for it to clear. My face has not gotten any better, and I will have to go to the dermatologist to get it fixed.
