Fastlane Towing & Recovery

My truck broke down on the way to go camping. My insurance company called Fastlane Towing for my roadside assistance. They were on time & the driver was GREAT!! I wish I would've gotten his name. He made me feel so much better. Got me to laugh & calmed my crazy mind.

I had my first car accident last week and the guy that came out to tow my car was really helpful. I had no idea what to do and he went above and beyond to explain the steps and process to me. Thank you for turning my bad situation into a positive experience!

Had my car towed last November by these guys. I was so thrilled by Larry, I wrote his name and phone # down on my roadside assistance card. He was clean, neat, courteous, professional and turned my horrible day into a happy day with his sense of humor and concern for making sure I wasn't sitting out in the cold and that the shop would take good care of me and not rip me off. My mother needed a tow recently, tried to request Larry and he's no longer there and his phone # is changed. I had my mother use them anyway and it was the worst experience ever. This time the driver was late, rude, and more concerned about texting on his phone. I didn't appreciate my mother being treated this way. If Larry is still working in Norman as a tow driver someone please post where at and use him.

Fastlane Towing says it all! These guys don't stay out of the fast lane as I just witnessed one of their filthy trucks going 25 mph over the speed limit on I-35N. The towing company is about to need towed. It's no wonder why they only have 1 star, and judging by these other posts it's a recurring issue.

Fastlane towing does not understand the concept of friendly customer service. The person answering the phone is rude and dismissive, and the drivers do not make an honest effort to locate you or your car before moving on and leaving you stranded with no explanation.



On the other hand, I would highly recommend Walker's Roadside Service in Oklahoma City. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful, and the diver managed to be both fast and respectful at the same time. Driver of tow truck pulled up next to me honking to flip me off and curse at me for changing lanes!! So courteous. Any way called the service number the "nice gentleman" says he didn't know where his trucks were when I was trying to tell him where the incident happened. But then proceeded to say you must be the lady that was weaving in and out of traffic that my driver just called in on in case I got a call. Said must be another cause I only changed lanes once. The driver was so busy cussing me he missed the turn signal light and ran a red light. You tell me who the BAD driver is!!! I understand he was probably in a hurry to get to a call but I did nothing to deserve what the driver gave. I wouldn't call them if they were the only towing company!!!
