Fifth Ave. Cleaners ruined a new dress which cost $130.00.

The black dress was snagged in the front and the beige lining had red stains everywhere.



The owner, Jim became tyrannical when showed him the damage by his employees.

The owner, Jim angrily refused to refund the cost of the dress, the cleaning cost and told me to leave his store !!
