Someone else wrote: "Over promises and under delivers". Absolutely. Here is my story:

I called asking if they delivered logs (I have a chainsaw and splitter and like to use them). The owner got back to me. Yes, they would deliver logs. The day before delivery the owner called to say there would be shorter stuff and some logs. On the delivery day instead of arriving at 0800-0830 as promised, showed up after noon. The Truck lift battery was dead, so I ran an extension cord out to help charge it. That took about 45 minutes to finalize. In the meantime we looked at other jobs I needed done. The load dumped, I did not look too closely and should have. After two weeks, I set up the splitter and looked at the wood. About a third of it was Y's and branch splits that he obviously wanted to unload. All very difficult to split. There were no logs longer than 4 feet. What I paid for was logs. What I got was crap. No follow on work for Steve. He did volunteer to "drop off a few pieces" but I told him no. No follow-on work for Steve. Forever.

Fantastic company. Can do anything from landscaping, provide firewood, hardscaping, waterproofing basement. They did a fantastic job at our home waterproofing our basement. Best price too.

Originally did a great job cutting and removing trees. Decided to give him landscaping and home improvement job. Big Mistake! I would give Steve, the owner, a zero if I could: took money for a job, never started it. I finally got tired of waiting and cancelled ; took forever to get money returned. Does not return calls. Suspect accounting practices. Over promises and under delivers.

They broke a light on my house. Assured me they would pay for it. 6-7 phone calls later, it was not paid for. I wholeheartedly recommend you use anyone but Forever Young.

I needed a some dead limbs cut and a 50' pine taken down and ground out. Steve and his crew were very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. And he had the best price. I will use Steve again for further landscaping (and contracting), and I would highly recommend him.

Steve and his crew came over within a timely manner of initial contact. They safely removed the tree and debris. They were very professional while they were working and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
