Franco Lupe

I called to get an estimate on Thursday @ 3pm, Franco said it was too late to come out the same day, but that he would come out the next day and that he would call me between 11a.m.-1p.m....he left me hanging! I patiently waited until 1:30p.m., when I realized that he wasn't coming. I was forced to call someone else, but because it was late in the day, someone won't be out to give me a quote until Saturday!! I didn't want o call Franco back because I figure that someone that doesn't call, even to say they are going to be late or won't be able to make it, is unprofessional and unreliable, and could be a reflection of their work.
