Highway robbery should be the name of this business. My truck broke down in Fredericksburg,VA and these people took advantage of me and seriously overcharged me for every part they put on my truck. Their mark up on some parts was over 45%, their wrecker service did not have the correct tools to tow my truck and they charged me for the hours they fumbled around trying to hook up and tow my truck. When it should have taken only 30 minutes to tow, it took 2 1/2 hours. They ordered incorrect parts for my truck and charged me the shipping. This business preys on the misfortune of others and it is very sad!!
