Our mission then was to deliver great-tasting water. Hinckley Springs offers a multitude of drinking water options – including Spring, Fluoridated, Distilled and Purified. Hinckley Springs bottled water delivery service brings home the products you love, like great tasting water with the selection of 3- or 5-gallon bottles and case water. Hinckley Springs offers home and office deliveries as well as water purification services and retail options through refill and exchange. Even though our service area has grown to cover seven states, and we deliver more than just water, our goal remains the same, it is to provide quick, easy, and affordable services and we strive to deliver on it every day.

Provided by SuperpagesRepeatedly asked to not deliver to our house 1st thing in the morning because we work late. Every freaking time, 8:00am ringing our bell, dogs barking, I'm up, I'm angry, and can't go back to sleep. I gave them 3 chances to get it right, and they refused to keep their word.Even worse, their customer service is easily the worst I have experienced, anywhere ever. If you wisely choose to end your service with them, it takes about an hour and lots off annoying questions before they ALLOW you to leave.There are other water services in the KC area. Do yourself a favor and skip Hinckley Springs.

Provided by Superpagescustomer service waiting on a phone is horrible along with emails have waited to be contacted back on 3 emails in 2 days while there is no coffee at our place no response you customer service is the worst the machine has been broke and nobody there seems to give a hoot

Provided by Superpagesthe worst thing about this product is the customer service or should i say the time you set and wait for someone to answer the phone so you can get a responce to a billing issue. i always have to contact my sales manager of the product to help in billing. then next month same thing. nor rocket science to keep customers.
