Kidd's Towing & Recovery

TERRIBLE! My wife had called for a tow from a blown tire on the side of the highway with our 1 year old daughter. They quoted her an hour and 15 minutes. After an hour an half and no show, she called back. They went to the wrong car first! Then after another 30 minutes a truck comes and says he can't take the babyseat after my wife said she needed a ride and had a 1 year old baby. THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER THEN JUST LEFT HER AND MY BABY THERE AND LEFT!!!!

I received a tow from Luis with Kidd's towing late at night on a Friday. I had just gotten off from the hospital to find my car dead in the parking lot. I contacted my insurance company who lined me up with Kidd's towing. Luis was the tow truck driver who showed up promptly and attempted to jump my car. My starter ended up needing to be replaced so therefore the jump did not work. Luis quickly placed my vehicle on his wrecker and off to the shop we went. He was a consummate professional and the entire experience was kind of fun. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

My car was towed late on a Friday night while sleeping at a friends apartments, I was then told that because kidds towing is closed on weekends I would be charged 90 dollars for storage. I had planned on going to a music festival in Iowa that weekend day and was unable to go so on top of my 310 dollar parking ticket I couldn't use my to ticket which cost 150 dollars. when I asked why I was charged the maximum towing fee allowed they said they always charge the most because they can. The only positive aspect of this visit was the workers gave me confidence about my body weight and intelligence. No matter how much they charge me I will always have my college degree and the ability to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded.

I wouldn't even give them one star if it didn't require it.. They're not even worthy of that much. Even if you're in a bind, find another company to come help you!!!!

I would recommend any other towing company.
