Kulenkamp & Sons Service Co

My a.c. unit was not blowing out cold air, but both units were still running. I called around to a few other places, but no one answered. I called Kulenkamp and Jerry answered. I asked if someone could come out to service it, but they were booked until 3 days out. I asked if someone could walk me through troubleshooting it over the phone and Jerry was more than happy to help. He was patient and extremely informative about what the issue could have been. I even ran into a small problem and he was able to walk me through that too. I only spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with him & we got it working! I am beyond impressed with his customer service & his willingness to help out without being paid for it. More businesses should take note from Kulenkamp & Sons example. Thanks again Jerry!
