Damp termites only eat wet wood, which in my case is likely buried or covered in concrete. This was the same advice as the professor I talked to, whom I call DR. TERMITE. His pricing was upfront. $85 for 1/2 hour consult where he would attempt to solve the problem. Other exterminators would not tell me the complete pricing unless I hired them for a visit in the home for their sales pitch.His disclosed which chemicals he uses so I could look them up.Thanks Phil!
