Pennington's Carpet Service North

I had this company clean my carpets in my entire house. When I made the appointment I was assured if I was not satisfied with some areas of my home would they come back out and take care of the problem. They did a good job but there were a few spots that needed to be redone and we had paid extra for pet odor removal and there was still a slight smell. I called the following Monday to get this taken care of and had to leave a message and have called many times since and NO ONE answers the phone iit jsut tells you to leave a message and I have left 5 messages and NOONE has yet to return my call! Poor customer service for sure. We paid good money to have this done and will not be using this carpet service again. We used Omni carpet cleaner and was 100% satisfied , great customer service, great job!
