        Bad service and business!

        I bought a hot water tank from them and they installed it. Less then 3 years the thermostats went out. ( my last hot water tank lasted 12years at this home) I called John as mention that it should be under warranty. He sent his guy out to fix, put in two new thermostats then charged me $135.88 . $125.00 was labor! It took less then 1/2 an hour. He was never up from with me either to say that the warranty is only good for parts not labor. If this was the case, be up front to a person. We could of installed them ourselves. No way to conduct a business.Beware.
