I had a rock come up on the freeway from a big truck and put a chip in my windshield. I called Bob and the next day he came to me at my house and fixed it. The billing was taken care of by him and my insurance company so I didn't have to pay anything. All in all, 1 of the easiest problems I have ever fixed.

Provided by DexKnowsCar broken into. Door glass smashed. Called Wind-Tech. They came to my residence but installed cheap, poor quality glass (very wavy). Two days later the window won't roll up. I can hear crunching in the door when I try. There's broken glass in the door track.I call Wind-Tech to get it fixed and they won't return my call.Run for the hills! Stay away from this fly by night outfit !!!!!!Now I have to pay somebody else to fix these jerk's screw ups.

Provided by SuperpagesVery poor service. I set up an appointment to repair a rock chip, letting him to pick a time in the afternoon that worked best on his end. I waited over an hour and he neither showed nor called to let me know he was going to be late. When I called him, he claimed he had tried several times to call me...and that I didn't answer...and then called back apologizing because he had written down a 3 instead of a 7. He lost my patience and my business.
