Yellow Cab Co

I called Yellow Cab Co for a ride home at the end of the night. They came through and picked me up from the bar, then I told the lady where to drop me off in Camp Lejeune. She drove around lost for an entire hour, saying she knows where she's going...Honestly you shouldn't be a taxi driver if you don't know the area.

After driving around for an hour completely lost, saying she knew where the place was, the cab driver finally got to my destination, and then told me she didn't except card. That should've been explained to me at the beginning of the ride. No credit cards, so then we had to ride to the gas station so I could use the ATM. After I payed the cab driver in cash, she used the excuse that she is a new cab driver, so she doesn't have any change for me. That does not sound believable at all, what kind of taxi driver doesn't have change for their customer? No music during ride, just annoying operators over the speakers. Pretty unpleasant experience, and I felt ripped off as well.

Best cap company I dealt with I called Tareheel Taxi and waited over 2 hours for the taxi to show and it never showed I called yellow cab and within 10 minutes the Taxi showed up so I'm very pleased with this taxi company thank you
