Disrespectful store manager and crew..

Today i went to return/exchange a item but i lost the receipt so they just can change it if the item has the price tag in it or if you can find the same item in store with the tag,,mind you my item has no price tag (a sticker) because the store never put one on my item and they dont have the same item anymore so i ask to speak with the manager who said i should never lost the receipt ....well receipt its easy to loose you guys should make sure all the merchandise has their price tags ,aint the customer fault if the stuff is incompetent ...Never again!
